HOW WE START
From Conversations to a Firm
MDM was formed after years of working with leaders across media, public-facing organisations, and growing businesses. As leadership roles expanded in visibility and scope, similar challenges kept surfacing, decisions involved more stakeholders, communication travelled further, and the margin for misalignment narrowed.
What began as individual conversations gradually became consistent advisory work. MDM was established to give that work structure and continuity, bringing experience, practical tools, and a dedicated team together to support leaders more reliably.
